Villa Sonia is located on 1200 sqm property, just 50km from the Colosseum and 5min bike ride to the beach of Lido dei Pini (Anzio). With the ample garden around the villa and the 90sqm pristine pool you will quickly be in vacation mode!
With its mild winters, Villa Sonia is good to visit any time of year. The villa has airconditioning and heating powered by the solar panels on the roof.
Suitable for at least 8 adults, the property can host up to 11 people divided over the main house (The Villa) and the poolhouse (The Casetta).

Lido dei Pini
Lido dei Pini is a typical Italian beach village, famous for its Umbrella Pine Trees. Although open year-round, the busiest time to visit are July and August, when many Italians spend their summer vacation at the coast. Lido dei Pini has plenty of restaurants, a supermarket and local shops for bread, meat, fish and vegetables.
From end of May till beginning September, beach clubs are open for lunch, aperitivo and dinner. You can rent a sun bed at one of the clubs, but there is also enough space on the sandy beach to find your own spot.
Pet Friendly
We know what it’s like to leave your furry friend behind when going on vacation, so pets are welcome!
The large garden will provide lots of room to play, as well as shady areas to rest out of the sun.
You’ll notice that Lido dei Pini is very pet friendly too! Dogs are allowed on the beach and in most restaurants, and there is a veterinarian in the village, just in case.
